This assignment asks us to make a proposal about a problem that we think is extremely urgent. We need to effectively communicate why this is an issue, using real life examples and personal experience. We then need to come up with a solution, and persuade the audience using rhetorical strategies that the solution will be effective. This proposal is not about a few different small solution, it is about an overarching solution that needs to be effectively explained. This speech needs to be well organized, and clearly broken into an intro, body, and conclusion.
